I'm currently kitbashing a high nose to a SD-40-2 to make it a "B" unit. I know that there is a lot of body fillers and tips on on how to do it, but my question is what is the best filler? And the best blending techinque on how to blend body seams/ door seams without destroying details that a model specific.

Use masking tape as close to the joint as possible. Then fill the joint with green puddy or what ever you chose to use. After the joint has cured, simply scrap away the the remainder of the filler, sand smooth and paint.

Thats simple huh....

P.S I know how to do this, I've hi-hooded two NS SD-40-2's, worked out just fine.
