PRR Raido Equipped Decals O Gauge

Would like to know if anyone can tell me where to obtain the Decals ( If they even exist ) like the PRR used when they changed from Trainphone to RF Communications on the Locomotives? Thank you. Ken Riddle

They're available as part of Microscale set 48-194.
