What type of equipment is this?

I came in to possesion of this protptype secondhand.  I am in Southeastern Michigan and my understanding it was made by an older gentleman, who sold his home and moved into a retirement home.  I have not been able to track him down, but would like to.  Anyway, it is pretty neat and I would like to incorporate this HO structure into my layout, but I need to know what it is so that I can present it acurately.  Any Ideas?

Ready mix Cement batch plant pieces. The large set of hoppers are for the sand and three different sizes of aggregate. The piece in the middle is for storage and dispensing of fly ash and cement powder. The other storage bin would be for cement powder storage. What you need is a batch plant and some trucks to put it all together.
