is there any manufactur who makes clear windows for the cab of Detail Associates no. 3604?

Just checked through the Walthers catalog and didn't find any window "glass" for the Canadian Wide cab. You could use .010 clear styrene and make the windows from that.
Might also check with some Canadian model Railway shops and find out if there is a supplier in Canada. Best of luck in your search
