Amtrak didn't own F3's.  They had E units, FP7's and FL9's.

According to the 1978-1979 Amtrak Annual by Craig T. Anderson (Rail Transportation Archives 1978)  Amtrak owned no F3A's but did own 2 F3B's.  F3B 155 was ex-BN 9775, originally NP 6551B and retired October 1975.  F3B 156 was ex-BN 9777, originally NP 6552B and retired May 1975.  In addition to the FP7's and FL9's, Amtrak 100-107 were F7A's from BN and 150-154, 160-164 were F7B's from BN and SP.
