[/quote]</p> <p>How about Reading, Blue Mountain and Northern (<a href="http://www.rbmnrr.com/">http://www.rbmnrr.com/</a>).  Headquarters is Port Clinton, PA (the Appalacian Trail runs right through their yard).  Well worth checking out their railroad.  Not sure when is best time to railfan, but thats where I found Soo Line covered Hoppers (Cressona, PA).</p>
