UT4 throttle with DS64 stationaly decoder!

Hi again gang you were very helpful on my loconet dilemma that I wanted to ask you again. I have a UT4 throttle and want to know if it will operate a DS64 stationary decoder?

The UT4, by design, cannot operate stationary decoders of any type.
When it was being developed, Digitrax solicited lots of user input. You can go back on the Digitrax Yahoo! group for example, and find literally hundreds of posts debating what folks did and didn't want in a Utility Throttle, or UT.
The consensus was that folks wanted a simple throttle for nothing more than running a loco, and the UT4 is the result. No programming, and no stationary decoder ability.
