DCC for intermountain F units
Posted by cpeterson on Friday, September 1, 2006 7:00 PM
Trying to find out if anyone know if there are DCC cards available for the intermountian F units both F3 and F7.  I know that digitrax has FT cards available but unsure if these are the same for the intermountain units.

Does the model have an 8/9 pin socket for the decoder, or are you looking for a drop in replacement for the lighting board?  I did some looking around on the internet and found an HO intermountain F7 that has an 8 pin socket for the decoder, however, i am not sure if it is the same model as you are refering to.  A little more info will help us out, and we can find the right Decoder for you.  however, i know that TCS decoders come in a variety of styles, including drop in decoders for OTHER models, but they do have various, well priced decoders including 8 pin sockets.  Check Tony's Train Exchange website (www.TonysTrains.com).  I am sure you can find waht you are looking for.
