Steam Rail Cars on Code 80 Atlas TRack

All,
I have been using the Code 80 track on my layout. I have found that all my Kato and Atlas diesels are doing great on it. Now for my steam trains Concor and Bachman, the always seem to derail or stop on my turn outs. Have any of you had simular experiences? If so how do I resolve thiis?

I think you are talking about N scale, but anyway, the derailing problem could be the wheels are out of gauge and/or the wheel flanges are too large. You should have a NMRA standards gauge to check the wheel sets for gauge and flange depth.
The stalling problem may be caused by not enough electrical pick up for the steam loco. You can either add electrical pick ups by adding wheel wipers or pick up shoes to the locomotive (from the tender) or powering the frog using a relay. It's also possible, if the flange is too large and the guard rail is plastic, that it's lifting the wheel off the rail enough to loose contact with the rail.
