Trying to locate an odd part

I'm trying to find a 90 degree cross, code 100 nickel silver, where one track is HO and the cross track is N. Does such a part exist, or will I have to fashion it myself? Thanks!

I have never heard of any manufacturer producing anything like this.

you i have never heard of that either you probally will have to scratch build this one
