Palomino Train House Smithville Yard

My new train house, God willing, should be here 29th this month. Working on clearing the area it will sit.

Here is my initial HO track plan of the yard in Smithville Tx. Mainline curves are 24" radius.

I've some questions about the possible helix. I would if course have a 2nd level. From the helix would I be able to exit 2nd level on the La Grange side and optionally exit on the left side 2nd level headed over Smithville. Hope that's not confusing.
