I'm thinking of starting a new layout and noticed that the Housatonic track plan featured in the May 2003 MRR. It's also been featured in numerous other track planning guides by Kalmbach. I model the locale, and it has plenty of room for staging. I only run 4-axle locos and car lengths unger 65 feet, so 24" curves are ok. However, I haven't actually read of anyone building this. Any comments on this particular plan? Thank you.
