Hello all !
Last Week end take place a very nice internationnal train show at Sedan in france : The RAMMA.
The level was very hight, and there was a lot of variety of prototype and scales.
At the end you will see some of the best US model railways in the show (On30, HOn3, HOn2 1/2, N scales ).
Hope you will enjoy the video :
Skipped ahead to the US stuff since European doesn't interest me. The Standard Gauge US is quite a mishmash - D&RGW Ski Train F40PH pulling bi-level commuter cars? BN diesels pulling tank cars with recent conspicuity stripes - that would be very unusual too. It's like they tossed some US trains together semi-randomly. If I were do model Eurpean trains, I'd probably do the same thing since I don't know boo about them.

Your true our trains was not accurate at all, but we have some problems with humidity in our hall, so we have run the trains that ran well. The average spectators in france are not able to see the mistake in the compostion of the train ... but they did not apreciates heratic running locos.
Great video, I enjoyed it all. I love some quirky trains there. Thanks for sharing.

Don't forget model railway shows are not about us or our great acurate models they are all about entertaining the public.
Most who would not know the difference between a brake van and a caboose
and want to see trains moving and any of those operating things that we can add.

Hi bubule
I think some of those model makers have to much time on there hands.
There where some pretty impressive efforts iin that lot
Thanks for sharing.
The modeling looks to be high calibre as well as the scenery.
Many trains show in the US have quite the odd mixture of trains as well.
Cheers
A number of the layouts included in this video have been previously displayed at the ONTRAX! model railroad show in the Utrecht/NL railway museum. Some of them are really stunning and show a high degree of craftsmanship! Most of them, however, are built just for the purpose of displaying them at shows - they do not represent your average home layout.
That was great!
