I do Like the Fulton County RR in the Feb 2012 issue, but its lacking a couple major components that aren't hard to add.
There needs to be a runaround somewhere on the FCRR to make servicing all the industries possible without having to go out on the Wabash interchange to run around. This would ease operations on the FCRR line quite a bit I'd think. I'd say make a runaround near the Wabash depot, possibly even running directly behind the depot, as it would be plausible that the two railroads at one time or still do share the building for freight or passengers. The FCRR administration would no doubt lease office space there and that would mean the FCRR power would probably tie down on the runaround between jobs.
Also, adding a yard lead out of the Wabash yard past the yard office parallel to the main with fuel and sand will give the yard job somewhere to work without running on the main. It would also give a place for the locally assigned power to fuel up and tie down between runs.
Otherwise it's a nice simple design without lots of fun potential for operating and watching and its a much better use of space than a 4x8!.
