Benwood,WV Stone Bridge

Hello everyone:  I planning on making a layout in N scale of the upper Ohio Valley area up and down the Valley from Benwood.  I am trying to find construction plans of the Benwood, WV stone bridge.  Any help is greatly appreciated.
