gentlemen,

Sorry for the delay in answering, but backed up sewer lines come first.

I want to thank every one who answered my question, but with the help of a friend (didn't know he was a model railroader) I found that by using #5 turnouts from Shinohara I can get the eise I need and just a wee bit more.

We laid out the switches, etc. and started raising the tracks. We found that I could go up a full inch between switches. Now all we have to do is get the foam and start laying the tracks.
