In my original design, I only included one set of crossovers in each direction. So, I can't pass trains going in opposite directions. As I refined my operational patterns this became more and more of an issue. I'm in the process of correcting that error.

The answer is a double crossover. However, using stock components results in 3 inch centers. I guess I'm in for some heavy duty cutting and fitting, to reduce the distance to the current 2 inches.
