<p>I use Liquid Nails LNP-903 (Heavy Duty Construction adhesive).  Im using 3/8" A/C plywood, cork roadbed and code 100 flex track.  Some areas have woodland scenics foam risers/inclines and 2" blue foam sheets (cheaper than WS profile boards).  I have not noticed much if any noise transmission to the benchwork.</p>
