<p>From the contents list of the three different kits you need to build the layout, it seems, as if all the material is included to build that layout - with the exception of locos and rolling stock. The price looks steep, but reasonable, as most people underestimate the cost of scenic materials and structures.</p> <p>OTOH, $ 600 + is quite a lot of money for a rather simple layout in terms of the track plan. If you intend this layout just to build up skills, there are better, cheaper ways to do so. Try your hand at Woodland´s Learning kits.</p>
