It's solved. Network Solutions was holding my domain name hostage until I paid for another year. So I ended up paying twice for the same year to make the transfer.
I don't recommend Networks Soltions for domain registration.

That leads to an interesting question, would an automobile and a model railroad make good "bedfellows"? Cars tend to drag a good deal of dirt and moisture, especially in winter. Also, a layout is much more likily to be a success if it is located in a pleasant environment, not an unheated garage.
