Chad, I found them.

Wheeler, this should be a close race.
Guys,
One last time. Do I have everyone? Is everything okay?

Not bad. I might have wished for a few formatting changes in text (like making URLs clickable), but not a biggie.
I _like_ the added eastern modules!

Stein,
I can do that.
On the other hand, designing a web-page and asking it to be replicated is beyond the scope of the contest. I could have cut and pasted from your "view source" and duplicated it. But I thought that unfair to the others who may not know how or want to program a description of their layout. I thought cutting and pasting the info from your site was a good compromise, even though doing so left the links unclickable. And it is not like there are only one or two links.
If there are other changes, I'll try to get it done.

Never mind. I figured I was saving you work by handing you text ready to be pasted onto a web page. But just leave em the way they are. Not that important.

Hi, Spacemouse.
I have 13 entries, all pics and descriptions come up when I click on'em!Is that the everything?

All the layouts look OK to me.
Mouse watch officially over, bonus points if anyone guesses this watch theme
Have fun with your trains
Uhhhhhhhh......
Maybe Mickey Mouse?

Well, at least all layouts are presented clearly.
But unfortunately one of the layouts (Butler, Indiana) looks somewhat dodgy when it comes to whether it would be possible to build what is drawn in the sketch within 2x8 feet and still have acceptable curve radii etc.
Butler plan in pencildrawing:
Rough attempt to sketch this in using a CAD program:
Have used curve radius 20" for sidings, 22" for mainline, 2" center-center on parallell track, Peco short straight turnouts and short Y turnout. US route 6 is 4" wide, other street 3.5" wide. Depot is a small country depot, Elevator a smallish country elevator, RR car shown 40' cars.
Some comments:
1) Would be hard to fit Pullman industries siding within the 2 foot deep footprint. There just isn't room for a second turnout on that track in the provided for depth.
2) Wouldn't be possible to operate "interchange track" by the diamond on the right side - no room within 2x8 footprint to move a car or engine into this piece of track - from either side, without using tracks extending off 2x8 footprint.
3) Would be hard to curve sidings at elevator as indicated in sketch - I sketched in 20" radius curves, I need to go down to 12" radius curves to reproduce the sketched figure
4) Runaround by elevator cannot be used for runaround moves without using tracks outside the 2x8 footprint - no room for an engine to the left of the runaround.
5) Mainline has an S-curves (drawn in 22" radius) - would be hard on equipment longer than 40'. Passenger cars would very likely derail here.
6) Not much space left over for State Route 1 (Broadway Street) and 8 town buildings drawin in on the pencil sketch.
Sorry, I don't want to be mean, but I believe that this one, as drawn, will just not fit within the specified footprint of 2x8 feet for an H0 scale layout.

Mickey yes, but "what kind" of Mickey
The site these are from isnt in english, so I doubt many here would know about it...
Heres a hint
it is.............
UGLY MICKEY!
1) Would be hard to fit Pullman industries siding within the 2 foot deep footprint. There just isn't room for a second turnout on that track in the provided for depth. After submission, it bothered me the switch won't fit.
2) Wouldn't be possible to operate "interchange track" by the diamond on the right side - no room within 2x8 footprint to move a car or engine into this piece of track - from either side, without using tracks extending off 2x8 footprint. Was counting on the portion of the rules that had this 2x8 as part of a larger layout for this to be utilized.
3) Would be hard to curve sidings at elevator as indicated in sketch - I sketched in 20" radius curves, I need to go down to 12" radius curves to reproduce the sketched figure I tried to do this in xtrakcad to keep it "right" but it wasted too much time
4) Runaround by elevator cannot be used for runaround moves without using tracks outside the 2x8 footprint - no room for an engine to the left of the runaround. Also part of the "larger layout" criteria..
5) Mainline has an S-curves (drawn in 22" radius) - would be hard on equipment longer than 40'. Passenger cars would very likely derail here. I was trying to follow the prototype too closely, and failed.
Thanks for the tips
