Hey guys! Figuratively of course. I have lived in the Central Florida Area for almost 35 years and have always wanted to build an layout but never have. I will be retiring soon and will have plenty of time. 

I have since retired and moved to Knoxville, Tennessee. I am just getting started with my layout. I am going to do an N scale layout in a spare bedroom. My old workbench from my woodwork days is going to be my bench work. I am going to make the initial layout 30” x48”. There will be 1 foot on either side of the length for expansion.
