The San Joaquin Valley Railroads Historical and Modeling Society (SJVRH&MS) is a newly organizing historical and modeling organization. It is planned to be for both historians and model railroaders.

It will develop a library of the history of the railroads in the San Joaquin Valley of California.

For the modelers it will develop the railroad environments of the valley from Bakersfield to Sacramento.

The society, once it has housing, will provide an historical reference source to the members, the public, and schools to educate and allow research into the history, railroad experiences and value to the development of the San Joaquin Valley of California - the food basket of the US.
