I work in a polyethylene manufacturing facility where I operate an EMD SW1000 Built in 1968 in London Ontario. I am known around the site as a bit of a rail fanatic. The bright orange Sclair hopper cars are the reason I am in this hobby. My knowledge of the local railways is growing. It has sparked an interest in preserving rail heritage in the area. I am a volunteer at the local museum and we are currently working on a model train room. A local business man has generously donated to the museum an original Lionel Train Show display with layouts, cabinets, and Lionel signs. We hope to have this open to the public in 2013.
