I am a collector and arm chair modeler of HO and just about anything that catches my eye. I intend to build a waterfront railroad after retirement in HO scale based in the mid 1960s. I am an Ahearn Hustler aficionado and have one of every variety I have ever seen.  I also have most of the Lionel versions. 

I like brass electric passenger equipment and have a collection of brass MP-54 units based on PRR and LIRR designs.

I like the old engines even though the newer equipment today is fantastic in detail and operation.  I hope to spend time converting my large collection of older engines to DCC with new motors.
