The Pirate Bay cannot be downgraded. While the staff at PirateBay has their fair share of online raids and threats, it's online until now. In addition, hundreds of pirate bay office websites have maintained the pirate bay online and are now avoiding blockades from the government. If one of the pirate bay proxy is dropped, two other proxies will replace it.
