I'm a huge Alco/MLW fan, and have built numerous N-scale models of my favourite diesels.  Sadly we live on the other side of the planet, but have managed several visits to "Alco Land" and had many enjoyable cab rides and visits to many Alco railroads over the past 35 years.  Laura and I were even married on our favourite All Alco railroad, or it was then, not so any more.
