Born in 1938. I am in my 82nd year. I spent the first 4 years of my life living across the street from the 4-track mainline between Boston and Albany on the B & A. Trains stopped at the station almost directly across the street. As a result, I have the sound of steam locomotives imbedded in my soul. I love steam locomotives of all wheel arrangements. I was 'hooked' from babyhood.

 I taught high school physics for 41 years in Port Washington, New York.

I have been retired for 18 years.

The HO scale railroad in my basement has just been equipped with NCE Radio equipment after several years of enjoying DCC.
