Mike Gueterman is a retired Master Sergeant in the United States Air Force, retiring with 6000 hours as a command and control systems operator on E-3 AWACS aircraft.  He currently is a 15 year veteran dispatcher with BNSF Railway. He has worked in the Nebraska Division extra board, the El Paso, Carlsbad and Boise City subs he currently works the Red River Valley sub from Amarillo to Wichita Falls, TX.  Briefly while transitioning from the Air Force to the railroad he worked for Sperry Rail Service as an assistant operator on rail detector trucks and as a crew scheduler for American Eagle Airlines.
