I am currently building my fleet of locomotives and rolling stock.  I am going to model a free-lanced SP layout, which I had designed by James Adams at Affordable Model Railroads.  It will be a double level around the room layout with a 7 turn helix connecting the two levels. I have not yet begun work on the layout, but hope to have space in our basement ready in the next year or so.  In the meantime, I am trying to learn as much as possible about DCC, programming locos, etc.
