My fantasy Railroad Account.
Prehistoric Gondwana National Rail Conservation (Gondwana National for short) is a program thought up by a billionaire rail enthusiast set in 2057. After alternative timeline time-travel was invented, people could go back in time without affecting their own timeline. Industrial sized machines were produced, allowing transportation of wood, plants, animals and material in-between worlds. Rail was soon to be obsolete and enthusiasts had to act fast to save the remaining locos from the torch.
Here enters project Theropod, a genius idea thought up by self-made entrepreneur Sir Daniel Faraday. Buying trains from all over the globe. Both steam, diesel, electric and pneumatic alike (mostly steam though) he has created one of the largest conservation enterprises in the world, being situated in New Marion 200 Million years in the past.
