I am a physician and a long time modeler.  I have build railroads in HO, HOn3, and Sn3.  I like the Nevada mining and narrow gauge roads but have modeled the B&O/ WM when I lived in Morgantown, WV.  My current layout is a 1908-1912 version of the Tonopah and Tidewater RR along with the Las Vegas & Tonopah RR, Bullfrog Goldfield RR and Tonopah & Goldfield railroad.  My current layout is about 14 x 14 feet and is an 18 inch wide shelf designed to have a shadow box look.  I've been toying with trying On30 or garden railroading.  My other passion is golf.
