71 years old, married w/2 adult children.  Live in Sedona, Az and of course have a Garden RR.

RR in current configuration is about 2 years old though in the past it would go back about 12

years. I build my own buildings, and occasionally have similar questions and need same types

of answers to problems as I see here. My RR is approximately 350 ft of track and one western

Town, and is still under occasional construction.
