I am the owner and operator of LaBelle Woodworking Company.

I have been model railroading since I was about 12 years old. That is over 50 years.

I worked for the Narrow Gauge in Central City, Colorado and later went to work on the Georgetown Loop.

In 1978 I hired on the UP as a Switchman/Brakeman. I was one of those who restored the 3985 to operation. I was on the UP Steam Crew in the early 1990's. I was promoted to Conductor and then to Engineer. I retired in 2012.

When retirement was imminent, I bought LaBelle woodworking. This was in July, 2001. I have been producing O and HO kits since then.

I still like to build, when I am not designing new production kits for modelers. 

This year (2017) I purchased Ye Olde Huff & Puff when the former owner went to that big Roundhouse in the sky. I hope to have it up running and kits out by June, 2018.
