Born in Pittsburgh in 1953, got my first electric train set when I was 2. When driving, my dad and I would count the cars when we would get stuck at a train crossing, which in PGH was every time we'd drive anywhere. Grew up in Philly, so I took Septa to/from Center City and PRR to/from New York or Washington. Semi-retired software developer now living in North Carolina. Sure miss the snow...sometimes!
