Most of my custom painted models are based on Alaska Railroad prototypes. But this one is completely fictional. This is one of those "High Speed" display models that I find from time to time in thrift stores for fifty cents or a dollar. Most of them are decorated in Southern Pacific schemes. They are easy to cut apart and convert to working models with your choice of n scale trucks and couplers. I'm pretending that ARR bought this one and patched it out. The graffiti is hand painted, I must have been watching T.V. at the time!
