Downtown Chicago at Union Station on the N Scale Ackerly Division

This is a 12-inch deep scene on my central peninsula which contains downtown Chicago at Union Station. The other side of this peninsula contains another railroad station representing the various major stations that served Chicago such as Milwaukee, Kansas City, St. Louis, Detroit, Cleveland, Pittsburg, Denver, etc. The N Scale, Ackerly Division of the Water Level Route is a point to point railroad with a looped double mainline to allow for traversing the miles between those cities.
