Troy,

If you can't stand the heat, it's best to get out of the kitchen.[:)][:)]

Obviously Troy has something rather like tunnel vision, called tunnel hobby obsession; however, I think that some deviation serves well to put things in perspective. Rather like the "all work and no play makes johnny a dull boy!"

I, for one, will miss seeing pictures of his craftsmanship; far beyond my ability or impatient personality to accomplish. I can well appreciate looking at it and consider the dedication it takes to obtain those results and at the same time realize that such work is beyond my talent.

Some who go on ad infiniteum are doing so only to hear themselves talk, and fill a false sense of importance. Others may do so because they are shy. Others because they have a misguided sense of propriety. Often I read, yet at other times I skip over such threads, sometimes I'll even throw my 2 cents worth in.

The fact remains that we, all of us, are replaceable! The world isn't going to stop turning over one person's overly verbose use of a forum any more than it will over another person's decision to stop participating in that forum!

Troy, I trust you will continue your fine modeling, that life treats you well, and that someday we'll all get to admire your labors again!

I can understand Troys disilusionment, I feel the same way but for different reasons.

He has some support form me, but my advice with this forum is if you don't like any part of it, ignore it; go away for a week and when you come back it will be gone.

I'm reminded that Doug Adams started off writing a 2 part book, that later grew into a trilogy, later came book 4 and book 5 and a few short stories...

I expect future chapters from Troy [;)]

Troy your always welcome back, stop in from time to time and say Hello.

See you over at the "other" site...[;)]
