Hey matt, tall and thin 29" waist and what about 6'3" ?????

I peaked at 40" waist, down to 36, and 185 lbs, shooting for 170.

Steve, I just watch how much I eat, not so much what I eat. Its working at the pace I need, just need to add some exercise, but with the sore knee, most cardio isn't happening.

Doing lots of smoothies for breakfast, protien bars and for lunch. Working out great. How are you doing today ????

I wish I could get past the 29 inch waste it would make buying pants easier! Especially with a 36 inch inseam! It's not always greener on the other side[;)]

Upper 70's here today, a little too warm for coffee, so I may have to have iced coffee, or some ice tea.

I've been eating less, so the weight is coming down. Already fit into jeans from 20 years ago, could it even be possible to get back to a 32 inch waist ? Hmmmmmmmmm

Maybe with a few more lbs off.

Gonna go mow, then put the track down and run the train until I go on an appointment today.

Take care all

Blech! Meat unmolested please[;)] I have absolutely no intrest in differently prepared foods. I'm basic, bland, and boring! If it wasn't for necessity I wouldn't eat much, I find it a waste of time and annoying along with sleeping and trips
to the potty.

Tim,

Pad Thai is a very common Thai dish of noodles, chicken, shrimp, bean sprouts, peanuts with a peanut/curry sauce. yummy!

Tom Kah is a chicken soup with mushrooms made with coconut milk, also yummy!

Any good Thai place worth its curry will offer it.

Speaking of Curry, anyone fancy Indian or my favorite, Japanese Curry!

   Have fun with your trains

Hey Steve, it was great getting a chance to talk, hope all is well with you today. We should hit around 90 again here today, another cool tea day, although if I hurry I might make a cup of coffee for the morning.

Take care

Steve, is there any other kind of food ?????? Yes Mexican food is proof that there is a God. Along with Italian food, Chinese food, Cajun Food, Thai Food, Mediterrainian food, and good old American dishes. But mexican food is the best. [dinner] [dinner] [C=:-)] [dinner] [dinner]

Pop on over to the other friendly thread and say hello to the larger crowd Steve. [:)][:)]

Had way too much Mexican food this weekend. Think I gained 5 lbs. Thank God school is starting and I can get back into walking and burning it off.

Take care all

Went to old town in San Diego today. Went into the confections store, then the coffee store. Yes there is a heaven, candy and coffee back to back. Ummmmmmmm
