I am building a yard throat with code 215 fb rail and spiked to plastic sleepers. All my engines are diesels, mainly 6 axle machines which have no problem with the rail. I have 1 SD 70 and she seems to hit every spike. This is not a problem with my SD 40s  as they have smaller wheels. Does any body make a wheel set with finer flanges for the SD 70?

Nothing specific on the SD70 MAC listed, but I'm sure one of these sets fits:
