Rest in Peace
Posted by ttrigg on Sunday, September 26, 2010 2:16 AM

Bonnie Trigg,  May 1953~Sept 2010

Though you did not know her, she admired the craftsmanship of all here. Rene, you did momentarily meet her at the Queen Mary years back. Vic, she hounded me as to why my bashes were not as good as yours, Ray, she kept driving me to make my own people by your lessons. I'm getting better at it. Rex, she enjoyed watching your forest grow and your empire expand. TJ, she enjoyed (and participated in) the old "Robber Baron Wars."  She supported my RR habit for 38 years from HO to N and then when we finially got our own house she demanded a garden railroad like we had seen years ago at the Nuremburg toy show. I could always expect to find something for the railroad under the Christmas tree and every birthday. She fought breast cancer for sixteen years. Rest in peace my love.

Tom,

The toughest part of our temporary stay here on earth is having those close to us leave before we do.  You will see her latter but that doesn't ease the pain right now.  May God take care of you in between.    I'm glad she enjoyed your hobby together.

Tom,

I didn't get to the forum yesterday, so I'm just seeing this now. Her spirit must have passed by, because (honestly) I was thinking of you two during the weekend and wondering how things were.

My deepest condolences to you and your family. She fought a good fight and you were with her until the end. I will be praying for you.

Rene

I'm saddened to hear about your loss.  Words are inadequate.

Keep dreaming and building.

May the light of the Lord shine upon her forever.

I know it's been a long and hard battle for you also and may you have comfort and peace in your life.   Although we have never met in person I consider you a friend and be assured there are people out there in the world that truly care about you.

Stay strong my friend for this grief too shall pass.
