Becky's Trains

As my custom restored 2-tone blue #8 glides past the Disneyland Station with a short freight, 2 young train enthusiasts can be seen on the platform admiring a blue beauty of their own.  This tiny model of the 400E Blue Comet was made as a tree ornament, but I think it looks best with the Neon Genesis Evangelion action figures of Shinji and Koaru.  There's also a miniature box for the Blue Comet that I created using a photo of a modern Lionel Corporation Tinplate set box.

Behind the station is a paper model of Abraham Lincoln's Springfield Illinois home and just visible through the tree limbs behind it is a repro Marx Civil War Mansion.  The R-100 rigid airship, having replaced the plastic airplane, takes a turn on the Lionel Airplane Pylon.  The large red-roofed house with the brown woodwork on the end is a Playmobil product.
