Hello All!  Super Photo's this week. CSXJohn- I like how you set up the Marx Bridge over your layout. Wait till Groucho sees it! Reggie -Your layout is also progressing very nicely.Imagine what it would look like with 1688s on it! Chief- Nice 2065 Engine. Take Care of it. Not many mint 2065s around anymore. now if i can get each track running properly. i will really have this thing figured out. i have the bottom 4 lines down and running i cant seem to get them all running in sequence. i had the1st 3 lines up and running but when i hook up line 4 all h*** breaks loose. i turn the power on on line 1 and the volts and amps are fine. but when i turn the juice up for line 2 the amps for line 1 jump from .3 to like 1.9. now this all started when i hooked up line 4. i went back to check all the wiring for line for to make sure no loose wires are hanging, touching the wrong thing. as you can tell i have all lines up but havent finished wiring 5 and 6 because of the problm im having with getting 1,2,3,and 4 hooked up together and running properly. if i just run a train on line 1 if runs fine for a few minutes but starts to slow down on the back side of my layout by the fair. my 2 suggestions are 1) i might need to add more power feed drops to each line or 2) is it that i have all 4 lines on the bottom level tied into each other turn the power on to line 1 but dont turn the power on to ines 2,3,4 and power still goes to all tracks, which in turn divides the power up between all tracks. help please. but again thanks for comments.

             Does your 60 trolley have the motormen that appear in the end windows?  That is one of the best I've seen.  Be careful if you take the brushplate off the motor.  There is a ball bearing on top of the armature shaft.  It is very easy to lose.  To remove the plate. unsolder the wires from their terminals, take out the two screws, but don't remove the brushplate yet.  Hold it on and turn the frame upside down.  Now the plate can be pulled down and removed without losing the bearing.  The trolley will not run well if the bearing is missing.

The roads are spray paint " FlexStone" It was painted directly onto the plywood. It really looks great!

Guess what im getting at the next time I go to Fleet Farm... A can of Flexstone paint!That looks really really, good Tom! I think this will look great for roadbed!!

Reggie, wiring question -- I have no idea, but I'm pretty new at running O gauge or anything else except on very small and temporary layouts.  Maybe you should reopen your old thread and post some very specific schematics and pictures.  I think it's just too little data for anyone to figure it out.

If I'm ever mad enough to ride my motorbike from New York all the way down to your neck of the woods, Reggie, I have GOT to see your layout!  Don't worry there's not much chance of THAT happening!  It sure does look like its gonna be a champ though. Are you going for 'realism' or will you have more of a 'toy train' layout with lots of operating accessories and such?  Or a bit of both?

i want more of a real look. with a whole lot of accessories. im trying to find a roller coaster for my fair. if i get that i think that will complete my fair area. until they come out with something bigger and better.
