When I saw the first pictures I thought it was real 1:1 scale. The last picture and really close looking gave it away.

Fantastic work, I showed this thread to one of the guys I work with who is a scale modeller, (mostly planes and German vehicles). He right away said it was 1/16th scale and that the figures were "Dragon" as the maker. Said they were close to the G.I. Joes in size and go for about $20 each. and that this guy has a Lot of money invested here. A very nice set up.

The models are 1/6 scale - not 1/16. Dragon Action Model characters are about 12 inches tall as were the old GI Joes.... So a 6 foot GI in 1/6 scale would be 12 inches tall.
