If it wasnt for the floor I'd hardly get to run my trains at all because its such a chore to lug that 8x4 up from the basement, then get it all set up only to have to take it down before 5:30 'cos my little niece's Daddy is a royal P.I.T.A about anything that looks like it might interfere with his beer drinking! He 'thinks' little girls should play with dolls because he's mechanically inept and is actually jealous that she likes my trains so much. We bought her her own and he hid them away "because the floors dirty!" ?

Nothing like forbidden fruit, eh?

So bad Uncle Mike (thats me) keeps the trains innocently on display in his room until Dad goes to work and then out they come and we run them from one room to another and send real useful loads like M&M's and cups of chocolate milk and everyone has a great time.

But it IS hard on the knees and back I grant you but worth every illicit moment!
