Good book or video on cleaning/maintaining new trains?

Can somebody recommend a good book or video for cleaning and maintaining new trains? So far I only have recent trains, no older models. I've got the Polar Express set, the Lionel Transylvania stuff from last year, a couple HO trains (Hogwart's Express and DeWitt Clinton from Bachmann), the Lionel Hobo handcar from an ebay breakdown and a K-Line handcar mining set. Thanks for any help!
