X_tereme Train makeover II N&W 2-8-8-2 into a N&W Class X 0-8-8-0

This project I took a Railking N&W USRA 2-8-8-2 and turned it into a N&W Class X-1 0-8-8-0. The N&W X (X for Expermental) was N&W's first articulated engines they were numbered from 990-994 (Number 995 is a class Y-1). The suprising thing about this makeover is that the USRA Railking engine is scale length for an N&W X Class engine. This made it an ideal model to tackle. The only major issues is the tender is quite a bit too long.

The only thing missing is the bell the one I had didn't work out and I ordered a new one today.

Nice work scott. I always like to see how people change up production items or create their own thing.
