Here's the pic I am using right now:

It's the Hellgate Bridge from the Train Show at the Bronx Botanical Garden over the Holidays. There were at least 2 other large bridges like this there too.

Thanks, Mitch, but John's is much more elaborate and nice. It's a new Mac with plenty of get up and go.

I used this photo on my desktop...but it squeezed it horizontally (took this photo on the old Southern near my house)

This is my desktop photo. It's from a trip to India and it's taken at the Taj Mahal.

Press the "Print Screen" button on your keyboard. This will copy the image of your desktop to Windows' invisible "clipboard." Open up Paint, and press Ctrl + V. That should paste the image into Paint. Save the image out as a JPG to your "My Pictures" folder and you should be set. It would be a good idea to resize the image from there, or you can resize it in Paint before you save it.

That's how you do it in Windows. If you're using a Mac, somebody else is gonna have to help you out., as I have no experience with Macs.

Thanks...I never knew that button existed before today.

Here's what I have on my desktop.

PS - On a Mac you follow all of the instructions for posting a photo until you get to the part about Properties. On the Mac you right click on the enlarged image and choose copy image address, then past that in the reply between the img tags.

Hi,
Are you guys using a camera to copy your desktops? Or is there another way?
