Sound commander system in a beep good or bad?

I was going to get a beep and get the sound commander for 49 bucks.Also can I get all the sounds by useing a lionel 1033 transformer.[%-)][%-)][;)]

Email Jon and ask, He responds fast. I am sure you will need a sound activation botton for the horn/bell.
