Lionel has filed a lawsuit in Bankruptcy Court against K-LINE making claims of misappropriation of trade secrets. K-LINE Electric Trains and our attorneys will be responding and defending against these claims in the appropriate venue. While we can not comment on the specifics, K-LINE is confident that it will be demonstrated that Lionel’s claims have no merit.
